If you are on an Android device, try clearing your data/storage.
- Close Google Chrome.
- On your apps screen hold down the icon for the Google Chrome app. A window will pop up.
- In the pop-up window, you'll either see “App Info” or the Info icon ⓘ in the top right of the pop-up. Click whichever of these you see.
- Click “Storage.”
- Click “Clear Data/Storage.” (Note that the wording may be a little different depending on your device. It's important to click the option that references Storage or Data, not Cache. Clearing your cache will not solve this issue.)
- A new pop-up will appear. Press “Clear all data”
- Use the appointment link to open Zoom in your browser.
- If you get a notification for Google Sync, press “Yes I’m in.” When prompted, allow camera and microphone permissions.
If you are on an Apple iOs device, try changing your default browser.
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Scroll down to find the Chrome app. (If you can't find Chrome on your device, you may need to download it from the app store before you can make it your default browser.)
- Tap the Chrome app.
- Select “Default browser app.”
- Select Chrome, ensuring a checkmark appears.
- Use the appointment link to open the Zoom app.
