Navigate to your devices “Settings” app. From there, navigate to App settings, and scroll to find the Workit Health app in the list. From here, you can change what the Workit App can access on your device. Make sure to allow permission for the Workit Health app to access your devices microphone, camera, and speakers.
Additionally, you can reset any app permission settings by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The next time the workit app tries to access your devices camera, microphone, or speakers; You will receive a prompt to Allow or Deny the app permission to use your devices camera mic and speakers. When prompted, please make sure to select/tap “Allow”.
